  • Daily rates are applicable to occupations less than 1 month.

  • Full advanced payment and security deposit payable 30 days prior to commencement of occupation/check-in.
  • Occupation fee covers the provision of furnishing, utilities (capped at a certain amount), housekeeping services thrice weekly (except Sundays & Public Holidays), maintenance, security and other in-house residents’ services.
  • Prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies.
